Dato' Haji Ahmad bin Sidek

Dato' Haji Ahmad bin Sidek was most recently the Executive Vice President of PERNAS having served the conglomerate for 26 years, beginning his career there as the Group Controller of Planning and Development.

Prior to Pernas, Dato' Ahmad was the Head of the Economic Planning Unit, Infrastructure Division, responsible for sectoral planning and budgeting under the Malaysian Government's 5 year Development Plans.

Working closely with the country's previous Prime Ministers, Dato' Ahmad has been a member of a number of Cabinet Select Committees whist representing the country in negotiations with institutions such as the World bank, Asian Development Bank and the United Nations Development Programmes to name a few.

Dato' Ahmad holds a B.Econs (Hons), University of Sydney, a M. Sc. (Economics) Northwestern University and is a Fellow of the Economic Development Institute, International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (World Bank)

Lee Chong San Mr. Lee Chong San was the Vice President of Transparency International -Malaysian Chapter. Transparency International Malaysia dedicates itself to promoting a corrupt free society, enhances public accountability and governance and ethics in business transactions and encourages all parties to operate at the highest levels of integrity. He has worked with various trade associations to set up Ethics sub-committees to promote good governance and related policies for their member companies and spoken in a number of regional and national forums on ethical behavior and integrity.

Before his involvement with Transparency International, Mr. Lee Chong San was the Financial Controller of the ESSO group of companies, now known as ExxonMobil. Significant contributions to the group include the following:
Secretary to the Audit Committee of Esso Malaysia Berhad.
Company Secretary of Esso Malaysia Berhad.
Steering Committee Chairman for Systems Development.
Management Development Committee member.

Dr. Asma Abdullah Dr. Asma Abdullah is a renowned consultant, intercultural specialist, author and facilitator. She conducts regular training and facilitates meetings on human resource development topics, intercultural and cross cultural management, corporate culture, teambuilding and negotiating for both public & private sector organizations. She is also a regular speaker at conferences and a part time lecturer at the Graduate School of Management, UPM and the University of Nottingham, KL campus. Dr. Asma was also recently appointed Adjunct Professor at Universiti Utara Malaysia.

Dr. Asma holds a Bachelor of Arts and Diploma in Education from Monash University, Melbourne, Masters in Educational Technology from University of Southern California in Los Angeles, Masters in Counseling Education from University Malaya and a Doctorate in Social Anthropology from Universiti Kebangsaan, Bangi, Malaysia.

She has also authored 3 books Understanding the Malaysian Workforce, Going Glocal published by Malaysian Institute of Management and Understanding Multicultural Malaysia by Pearson-Prentice Hall.

Dr Asma was with Maktab Rendah Sains MARA and more than 22 years in ExxonMobil, Malaysia in human resource development.

Lee Kiat Hean Lee Kiat Hean was CEO and CFO for Major Corporations including PLCs with RM 500+ million in annual turnover , a proven entrepreneurial and leadership experience in Mergers and Acquisitions with strong operational leadership in strategic planning, marketing and new business development. He was also involved in the successful reverse takeover of Pelikan Germany into Diperdana Holdings Berhad and the sale of its logistics business to Konsortium Logistics Berhad.

Kiat Hean's academic and professional qualifications include The Senior Management Programme (2002), Harvard Business School, Masters of Business Administration (MBA) 1998, Southern Cross University, NSW Australia, a diploma in Business Studies, 1998, Institute of Commercial Management, England and a LCCI Higher in Accounting, Costing and Statistics, (1987), Malaysia.
