Ruban Chelliah, Managing Director
A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and an alumnus of the Darden School of Business Administration, University of Virginia. Ruban Chelliah brings with him over 20 years of demonstrated experience in the start up, establishment and management of a variety of businesses in Malaysia between 1981 and 2001.
He spent over two years with Philips Industries, UK as Management Auditor entailing the operational review of the manufacturing, and marketing and business aspects of the professional group.
Upon his return to Malaysia, he was invited to join PERNAS, the diversified Malaysian conglomerate. Working closely with the Chairman and Board of Directors, his most significant contribution to the Group was the establishment and development of the largest hotel chain in the country, with eleven five-star properties throughout Malaysia. Ruban Chelliah also undertook other significant restructuring and business efficiency assignments for the troubled subsidiaries in the group at the personal request of the Chairman of the group. He left the Pernas Group in 2001 to set up Ruche Consulting which later merged with Stanco Management Services in 2002, creating the firm Stanco & Ruche Consulting.
Ruban Chelliah is also an Associate of the Institute of Internal Auditors and is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
Angeline Chivapathy, Director
Angeline joined the group in 2008 after several years in the oil & gas industry. She was with RasGas in Doha, Qatar as the Head of Compliance & Procedures after spending 16 years with ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Malaysia where she was the Upstream Controls Advisor.
Angeline has brought to the Group valuable contributions in Enterprise Risk Management Strategies, Business Controls Framework, Corporate Governance and Ethical Standards in organisations and Standard Operating Procedures implementation for both public listed and private entities.
